DAY2 KURUME/ASO

Breakfast at hotel and transfer to Mt. Aso
-Mt. Aso Nakkadake   We come to face to face with the world’s largest caldera, 128 km in circumference. There are three new craters in central cone area, and the southernmost crater is very active, constantly sending forth black smoke, accompanied by underground rumblings.
-a guided walk on a grassland inside the caldera
Lunch at a local restaurant
-Weather permitting, we carry out a river discharge measurement study.
-Suntory Kumamoto beer factory to learn how a global brand is committed to ecological conservation of the environment.

DAY3 ASO/BEPPU

Breakfast at hotel and check out
Transfer to Beppu via Yamanami Highway
– School Visit at a local high school for an educational exchange
We learn about Japanese technology and arts.
Lunch at a local restaurant
-Jigoku Hot Springs at Beppu
There are many kinds of hot springs. Beppu is a special city with abundant
natural hot spring water and we see steam coming out of the grounds in every corner of the city.
-Traditional Bamboo Art Museum
Dinner at hotel
Check in Hanabishi Hotel staying in tatami room and with yukata.

DAY4 BEPPU/KOKURA/FUKUOKA

Breakfast at hotel and transfer to Kokura 
-High school visit on cultural exchange and immersion. The students can learn about the history, politics and economy of Japan.
-Kokura Castle
Lunch at a local restaurant
-Yasukawa Motor Museum and Factory Tour
We learn the modern technology of Japan.
-Toyota Kyushu Motor 
Factory tour guides us to the world of Toyota production philosophy.
Transfer to Fukuoka

DAY5 FUKUOKA

Breakfast at Hotel
-Traditional Japanese Noh Theater to learn about a century old Japanese cultural art form
-Fukuoka Citizen’s Disaster Prevention Center to lean how Japan deals with disasters.
Lunch at a local restaurant
-the Kyushu National Museum
-Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine
We learn the Shinto religion and history of Kyushu in connection with the cultural exchange with China and Korea.
Dinner at a local restaurant
Return to hotel

DAY6 FUKUOKA

Breakfast at hotel and check out
Airport transfer for our flight
